Research use only

All products sold by Marathon Peptide Solutions are intended strictly for laboratory research use by qualified individuals. By purchasing you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that products will not be used for human or veterinary purposes of any kind.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed when placed and ship after payment is received and matched to your order number. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Package insurance and shipping liability

Optional package insurance is offered at checkout at $1 for every $100 of the merchandise total, or any part of $100 (after any discount, before shipping). An insured order is guaranteed to arrive: if the package is lost or damaged in transit, Marathon Peptide Solutions will replace it or refund it.

Without package insurance, Marathon Peptide Solutions is no longer liable for an order once it has been marked as shipped and tracking has been provided. Risk of loss passes to you at that point and claims for lost, delayed or damaged packages must be taken up with the carrier.

To make a claim on an insured order, contact us with your order number within 14 days of the carrier's last tracking scan. We may ask for photos of damaged goods or packaging before a replacement ships or a refund is issued.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided for research purposes as-is. Marathon Peptide Solutions is not liable for misuse of any product or for consequences arising from use contrary to these terms.
