Frequently asked questions
Are your products for human use?
No. Every product we sell is strictly for laboratory research use only. Nothing on this site is intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do I need an account to browse or to order?
No. The catalog, prices, stock and Certificates of Analysis are open to everyone, and you can check out as a guest: at checkout you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that your purchase is for laboratory research use only. A researcher account is optional; it keeps your details on file for faster checkout.
How pure are your compounds?
Our compounds are manufactured to 99% or greater purity and each lot is third-party tested. Certificates of Analysis are shown in each product gallery and on the CoA lookup page.
How do I pay for an order?
Card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay through Stripe), Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. After you place an order the payment details are shown on screen. For Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, add the email you used on your order in the payment memo. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and typically ship within one to two business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized vials should be stored cold and away from light. Short term refrigeration is acceptable; for long term storage keep vials frozen. See the specifications on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
