Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and typically ship within one to two business days. Every order includes a tracking number sent by email.

Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
